What we provide in all of our properties 

All our homes are fully furnished. Below is a summary of what to expect as standard in all our rentals. Any additional items, ammenties or upgrades will be listed against the individual property.The site allows for 10 photos of each individual rental for you to look over.

• Many homes have a monitored alarm.

• Pool alarms or pool safety fence

• Fridge with freezer and ice maker

• Oven - stove - microwave

• Kettle & coffee maker

• Dishwasher, waste disposal

• Comprehensive set of cutlery, dishes, glasses, for a family to prepare food and have family meals

• Baby equipment - crib or pack and play plus highchair included in the rental. Some homes offer a stroller  

• Air conditioning 

• Pool heat -gas or electric ( extra cost) some homes have solar panels on the roof - free 

• Weekly pool service 

• Maintained landscaped surroundings 

• All beds are made up for your arrival  and include towels.

• Full sized washer and dryer in every property

• Access to the garage on homes.
